This thread is devoted to discussion of  RichSpel-Short, one of the six schemes shortlisted by the Expert Commission. The IESC participants will choose one of these schemes as the preferred alternative to Traditional English Spelling following the second session of the IESC to be held later this year. The author of the scheme, Richard Kilner, is happy to respond to queries and comments directed to this thread.
